Just after I sent the last message, they emailed with this form for people who'd like to express interest in attending a future course.

I agree, thanks Adrian for sharing, and it was good to see you there too, Ali.

If anyone else is interested, I asked the organisers if people could still sign up for the November cohort. They said it was two times oversubscribed, but it still might be worth putting your name down as they're hoping to run another one later.

HI there,

I am writing to you because you have attended an Ella Baker School of Organising event in the past, and because our records suggest that you are living in the Liverpool region

I wanted to inform you that the School is planning to deliver an in-depth course on defeating narratives of division in Liverpool. The three day course will be run, one day per week for three consecutive weeks, and we will deliver the course twice, the first time on Thursdays2 October, 9 October and 16 October 2025, and then repeated on Tuesdays: 18 November, 25 November and 2 December 2025 all days will be from 9.30am-4.30pm.

This will be a really valuable opportunity to get to grips with the challenges of defeating divisive narratives, it is free, and there are plenty of places available.

For more information and to sign up, click here, and I wonder if you could circulate the link around your networks?

Best wishes,

John Page

On behalf of the Ella Baker School of Organising
