New soap dispensers in the toilets

I've bought some new soap dispensers for the toilets. Hopefully they'll
work better at actually dispensing :-D
When refilling them they need a mix of 1 part soap to 3 parts water (so
I guess it'll save us a few pence in soap costs) - the key thing I've
found when filling them for the first time is that you need to mix the
water and soap together before sealing it up again. Otherwise the soap
sinks to the bottom and that does a really bad job of coming out of the
dispenser!
