Hi

Here's all the organisational details for this year's Liverpool MakeFest. No sandwiches this year unfortunately!

Hopefully we can finalise everything at the community meeting/Hack the Space day on 29th June, if not before then.

Thanks

Jackie

Hi all,

We're Looking forward to seeing you all at this years MakeFest!

Most of you have been before, but just to update everyone, and those new to the event, set-up can take place on the Friday evening (4th), from 7pm - 9pm this year, and on the morning of the event itself, Saturday (5th) from 8am - 9am. Doors open to the public at 9am and the event closes at 5pm, at which time we take everything down.

Entry for set-up is through the back entrance of the library on Cuerden Street, L3 2AT (through the square arch) - somebody should be there, but please ring the buzzer if not. You can drive/walk in through this entrance to unload/load your kit, but the library has no parking spaces. We'd ask therefore that once you've unloaded, you park in the adjacent Hunter Street car park - it costs a few pounds for the day and takes card and they have an app.

Finally, we did have a box for you to tick for free lunches on the original form you received - sadly, this year we're not going to be able to provide these, so please pack something, or, if you prefer, use the cafe on site. Water will however be available throughout the day.

I think that's it...

Any questions, please email me, otherwise, we look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks,

Best regards,

Mark + the MakeFest team
