Good afternoon and Happy New Year.

We are Event Cycle, working with clients and agencies to redistribute unwanted event items to charities as well as supporting sustainable practices for future events, I'm hoping you can help...

We have a client request for a bespoke item to be made:

Buzz Board:

- The build incorporates repurposed materials wherever possible, demonstrating how simple material choices can reduce waste.

- Delegates will take part in a bespoke gastro-themed “steady-hand operation” game. Using their steady hands and dexterity, participants will guide a small object through the digestive system in a light-hearted test of skill.
- After the event, the Buzz Board will be donated to a cancer charity, transforming a fun conference moment into a long-lasting community resource.

The design would be a 1.5m x 2m (potentially) backboard with the 'buzz game' mounted onto this in the shape of gastro-themed “steady-hand ” game, similar to the game, Operation:
