With 6 points, Mike Shefler is the winner of Round 3566! There were a couple choices that went into this round:

First, ICASM *is* an acronym for the International Academy of Aviation and Space Medicine, as was known by Johnny in his initial message to me and maybe gestured to in some of the other fake definitions. I chose to go with the OED definition, the now obsolete, "figurative expression". So I'll pass a small portion of the blame of any confusion to the dictionary people.

Second choice, I did not merge Mike's and Rey's similar twitch-related fake definitions. Ultimately this came down to a decision that Mike's "recurring" descriptor and Rey's "sudden, involuntary" descriptor were sufficiently different. Mike ended up guessing the correct definition (along with Paul, Dan, and Glenn) and accrued the most votes, so he likely would have been the winner regardless of any dictionary merging.

Anyway, congrats to Mike and thanks for playing.
