When Eric Boxer sent me a definition whose meaning was exactly the opposite of the real one, I was faced with a dilemma. It would look weird to combine them, but keeping them separate would also draw attention to both.  I picked the latter course, resulting in 3 players voting for the pair, giving me a D3.  Debbie Embler was one of them, and with 4 natural points as well, she takes the deal with 6 points.  Eric is the real winner with 4 natural points, and Mike Shefler with 4 mixed points.

Well, I can't always say that I remember the true definitions of these words after a round ends. And this time ... I'll be even more confused because I'll have to remember if re-sur-ating is to make sure or to make unsure :)

I said resurate was either a made-up word or a mistake. Turns out that was a good guess. Whether you consult the printed MW3 (1961) or its current on-line edition, there is no word in that dictionary between resupply and resurface. You will find that definition at reserate

I can't say now, of course, but I might have been DQ on that word.
