I think a Welsh spellchecker is more likely.

Much. Welsh has a standardized spelling, though not all writers agree with it. 

Scots not, partly because the language was suppressed in the century when lexicographers of other European languages were, often intentionally, standardizing theirs. 

Some insist there shouldn't even be a standard orthography for Scots.
