So I noticed this reference in the recent Barrett and Maidment Morrison ornithischian paper-

Williamson, T., and D.C. Evans. Pachycephalosauria. In:
D.B. Weishampel, P.M. Barrett, M.T. Carrano, and P.J.
Makovicky, eds. The Dinosauria, 3rd ed (Cambridge:
Cambridge University Press, forthcoming).

Does anyone have information on the authorship of chapters and the release date?

A third edition would be really nice...I really hope it doesn't go the way of the aborted The Pterosauria volume...

I'm assuming that this is slated to come out sometime after the new edition of The Complete Dinosaur. The latter was supposed to "definitely be coming out" last year. Now, it seems to have been pushed back to sometime before the expansion of the sun.

Getting out the 2nd ed took forever (I did a chapter in dinosaur energetics in that one).
