Transmitting Science is offering a new edition of the course “Morphological Phylogenetics: principles, applications and techniques", which may be of interest for people on this list.

This course aims to introduce participants to morphological phylogenetics, covering character coding, matrix construction, and phylogenetic inference using morphological data.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Understand the principles of morphological phylogenetics.
- Build and analyse morphological character matrices.
- Interpret phylogenetic results based on morphological data.
Instruction will combine lectures, hands-on computational exercises, and guided examples. Language of instruction: English.
