Hi all,

I've hit a bit of a problem with a digitised resource. “A new species of the Rhytidosteidae from the Lystrosaurus Zone and a review of the Rhytidosteoidea” by Cosgriff and Zawiskie 1979 in Palaeontologia Africana 22, pp1-27. Every digital copy of this resource that I have been able to find is missing pages 5-12. These pages are critical as they contain the entire description of the specimen Pneumatostega potamia, barring the section that starts on page 3.

If anyone is able to help me out with the missing pages, that would be amazing! I've reached out to various digital libraries over the last few months and haven't heard anything back, so I turn to y'all in the hope someone has a physical copy buried somewhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
Blake Forrest

Note that a pdf of the full issue 22 is available on the Palaeontologia Africana site. HOWEVER,  you need to skip a false start that cuts off the article to get to the full article text version that follows the false start.

Hi Ben,

Thanks for sending those through, I've seen they tend to have the 'false start' pages! Unfortunately they both seem to have the same issue of missing pages 5-12, you can see page 4 talking about the orbits, with a black and white image...then the following page is page 13 with another black and white image and half a sentence starting the page :( it seems like every online copy has the same issue.  I've reached out to the email listed in the Palaeontologica Africana site about the issue but still no luck.

Thanks though!
Blake
