Outline of Proposal to Council

Attached is an outline of the presentation the Committee will be making to the Council on the 16th.  If you are a member of an agency that is involved in the well-being of Dillingham residents we would appreciate you presenting this to your agency director and soliciting support.  The more broadbase support we get for this the more likely Council will listen.  Let me know if your agency is supportive.
