CSC new logo and banner

Dear All

As you are all aware, the logo of CSC had been modified and accordingly, banners also needs to be updated. Thus new banners have been designed for common branding purpose.

1. Generic CSC Centre Banner- For CSCs providing general services, which do not provide UCL or BC services.
