Agree with you Jan; personally I wouldn't touch a monogrammed LV
bag,they're
just so common in NYC. And it's getting harder to tell the knockoffs
from the
real thing. Now the hard sided luggage,that's another matter.

I have a few LV bags for men.I don't think (and i hope) that noone
has
copied the reporter bag :> .I am pretty sure that the Prada messanger
that i have has been copied though.

I thought i didn't have many LV accessories but i was wrong! (thats
what xs spending does to a person - they don't know what they are
buying).


Personally i like some LV luggage that i have that don't have the
monogram as well as my Palm Pilot cover and my computer bag.


Since we are talking about "luxury-expensive" items , my favourite
bag
,after 2-3 of use, is my Diesel "dj" bag which is black and plain
and
was bought for a mere 25 USD on sale at the time.Plus i think that
in
Europe you can actually get away easier with Diesel than LV (which i
use only in the States and SOMETIMES back home as LV there is seen in
a very weird way).
