Job Title :

Warehouse Officer

Location:

Karachi - Pakistan

Educational Qualifications & Experience             

·         2-4 years experience as a warehouse officer in a manufacturing unit of chemical, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry.

Skill set for this Position

·         Knowledge of SAP, microsoft word and Excel ,HSES, Self motivated and a team player who can guide his team effectively

·         Plan, organize and monitor performance in a professional and skilful manner to drive results

·         Fully understand Syngenta business and gives clear direction to his team.

·         Encourage innovation and create an environment where team members do their best

Age bracket:

30-32

Job Responsibilities

·         To supervise smooth supply of raw material & packaging material to production as and when required

·         To coordinate with logistics officer to ensure on time / smooth dispatch of finished goods & promotional material to upcountry warehouses

·         To maintain Company HSE standards and local HSE standards/guidelines during warehouse operations and to help warehouse Manager to efficiently maintaining the warehouse including control on overtime expenses.

·         To perform the work as instructed by the warehouse Manager

·         To keep and maintain the records of all warehouse related documents

·         To perform posting of daily issues / receipts in SAP

·         To ensure physical counting and verification of stocks are reconciled

·         To maintain records of all stock adjustments of used / unused items

·         To maintain good housekeeping in the warehouses

·         To ensure company HSEQ & security Policies/standards are implemented and deviations are reported and recorded

·         To act as a deputy in the absence of warehouse manager

·         To supervise smooth supply of raw material and packaging material to production floor

·         To coordinate with logistics function to ensure on time/smooth dispatch of finished goods & promotional material to up-country warehouses

·         All warehouse staff will report to warehouse officers
