Educational Qualifications & Experience |
· BE in Mechanical with minimum 3-4 years experience in Project Management process industry as project engineer/lead /maintenance engineer (pharma/agrochemical/fertilizer company) |

Skill set for this Position |
· Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering to prepare capexs and its execution. · Having sense of emergency and able to flag on potential risks to the people and assets · A cost conscious person who can work in tight budgetary limitations by keeping good working standards · Must have sufficient knowledge of basic HSES and Quality best practices and its relation with site KPIs · Must be conversant of computer based project engineering software · Proficient in spoken and written English · An effective team player who can work with various functions in order to achieve his/site targets. Very responsive to ensure on-time deliveries up to the expectations of his stakeholders · An effective leader who can work with all functions and able to deliver targets · A good decision maker able to respond to multiple issues at one time · A flexible and patient listener |

Job Responsibilities |
· Project engineer for all new/upgrades like formulation and repackaging relocation projects, security up-gradation, selection and approval of alternate spares and technology for all machines /equipment operating across the site · Prepare project schedule and assist risk mitigation plans and work with IP colleagues to acquire materials& services and to ensure compliance to all project plans · Administer all project implementation and resolve all technical issues and prepare all project estimates in coordination with consultants/ management and provide and efficient interface for all project prototype and efficient planning. · Design all project schedules and plans and analyze all work instructions and hazards and develop various techniques to evaluate project results are upto the agreed plan. Maintain Company standards in working environment at all times · Provide support to the site management in in execution of their engineering related initiatives/ projects · Prepare capexes per the agreed/approved capex plan. · Coordinate among various functions in implementing the capexs. · Track the project status and send report to the site manager and other stakeholders including APAC · Support maintenance engineer in finding new and approvedtechnology to improve line throughputs, OEE and other efficiency related KPIs · For all projects- develop project scope, prepare project plans/ resources/ costs and gain support for implementation · Lead project implementation to scope, cost and time to deliver business objectives · Maintain effective communication with stakeholder regarding process development / improvements initiatives to ensure that all factors are taken into account · Use project engineering tools and other techniques as appropriate to monitoring and improving project efficiencies · Generate technical reports as needed · Develop awareness of best industry practices through networking with company functional experts and external experts · Ensure that project is executed in compliance with company Financial & HSES standards and guidelines · To work with production & Q.C teams to reduce the production fixed cost which include the reviewing production processes, reduce waste generation and improving packaging etc. |
