Job Title :

Assistant Sales Operations Manager

Location:

Karachi

Educational Qualifications & Experience             

·         Masters degree with 5-6 years of experience in Sales Operations , Sales Forecasting and Planning with an FMCG of repute

Skill set for this Position

·         Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader.

·         Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies.

·         Results orientated with strong decision making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple objectives and meet aggressive deadlines

·         Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a salesperson’s perspective

·         Process oriented, but flexible around business needs

·         Must be proficient at analyzing data to make strategic recommendations based on data and trends

·         Some business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting) preferred.

·         A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as staff users.

·         Excellent Project Management Skills

·         Must be exceptional at numbers and MS Excel at advanced Level

·         Must be a SAP User

Job Responsibilities

·         Administer, manage, and report on sales revenue forecasts and actual results;

·         Establish consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting in alignment with approaches used by the broader sales organization; including drive adoption of VMware forecasting tools and dashboards within the team.

·         Generate weekly forecast and metric reports and ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization.

·         Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organizations; design and deliver reporting to meet these requirements.

·         Partner with Sales Management on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas, including defining coverage models, deploying sales personnel, and set goals.

·         Setup, maintain, and modify sales territories and provide comprehensive analysis of territory alignment decisions.

·         Partner with Global Sales Ops for designing or adjusting compensation plans in alignment with the business and company’s objectives and equitably assigning sales force quotas and objectives.

·         Support sales compensation plan administration across the team.

·         Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

·         Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.
