Job Title :	Project Engineer Civil
Location:	Karachi - Pakistan
Educational Qualifications & Experience	·         BE Civil with 4-6 years experience in breadth & depth across discipline, expertise in OLE and Project Management with a Pharmaceutical or FMCG Business of repute.
Skill set for this Position	·           Must have hands on experience to Capital Expenditure Project Management ·           Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering to prepare capexs and its execution. ·           Having sense of emergency and able to flag on potential risks to the people and assets ·           A cost conscious person who can work in tight budgetary limitations by keeping good working standards ·           Must have sufficient knowledge of basic HSES and Quality best practices and its relation with site KPIs ·           Must be conversant of computer based project engineering software ·           Proficient in spoken and written English ·           An effective team player who can work with various functions in order to achieve his/site targets. Very responsive to ensure on-time deliveries up to the expectations of his stakeholders ·           An effective leader who can work with all functions and able to deliver targets ·           A good decision maker able to respond to multiple issues at one time ·           A flexible and patient listener

Job Responsibilities	·         Accountable to capital project Manager as well as Head of engineering. ·         Follow civil works SOPs. ·         Follow other technical standards with proper methodologies. ·         Managing contractors, coordinating different department during re-execution. ·         Involve in making strategies during concept design phase ·         Providing feedback for master schedule preparation ·         Contractor management ·         Initial cost assessment ·         Detailed design coordination with the contractors ·         Verifying measurement sheets and technical queries ·         Comply with all the EHS during execution phase ·         Train and educate the contractor staff for compliance of EHS policies and ensure proper implementation during construction ·         Contractor Management
