Educational Qualifications & Experience |
· MBA from a top tier school 10 – 14 years marketing experience preferably Edible Oil in an MNC/ Large local company out of which at least 3-4 years required GCC. · Must have managed a team of 3 or more brand managers · Must have at least 4 years experience in Trade marketing · Handling min Marketing budgets of $ 5 million on ATL / BTL with product launches, researches, · Must have experience of ATL campaigns. · Sales experience preferred. |

Job Responsibilities |
· Deliver on market share, volume growth, net contribution, brand health, and long term development plans of Edible Oil brands · Developing 3 year Market strategy · Developing marketing plans (brand positioning, brand presentation, new launches, new market opening, other marketing activities.) · Managing implementation within marketing and at sales level with team of marketing managers/ brand managers. · Monitor progress / evaluation of results · Improving systems. · Involvement in Cross functional teams managing · Integrate the development & implementing appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products & services to those markets. · Leading a team of BM’s to execute decisions regarding products, such as choosing labels or packaging in local manufacturer product. · Responsible for driving sophisticated market strategies to capture long term sales, margin and profit growth for a core FMCG portfolio. · Managing and working across highly competitive FMCG categories. · Plan and administer the firm’s Marketing Operations budget; support development of regional marketing budgets. · Work with regional offices on designing and implementing prospecting and client contact systems. · Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator · Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc. · Work on developing new products. · Work out an approach to pricing & set products & services prices. · Make decisions regarding the distribution of products (such as stock control and follow-up). · Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations & sales management. · Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance. · Ensure Market visit with sales team. · Monitor the sales graph to their product. |
