Job Responsibilities |
· Responsible for developing, managing, and executing education to drive a high performance sales team across the sales teams and first line sales managers. · Working directly with HR Team, sales leaders and executives across the company the person will develop, maintain and deploy education programs that drive the productivity and the selling- leadership skills of First Line sales managers and sales reps with measurable outcomes and business results. · Plan, develop and facilitate professional training programs targeted at sales and sales managers. · Work cross functionally to determine training requirements and priorities, design new or leverage existing programs to meet the needs of the roles supported. · Focus on sales skill development and refinement including selling methodologies, products, sales leadership and sales processes. · Create and maintain training schedules to ensure that there is consistent set of learning deliverables deployed at a geographic level taking into account market and cultural differences as required. · Measure effectiveness of the programs through testing, application of the learning and increased productivity and sales effectiveness. · Deliver a variety of training content at the field level, requiring a detailed understanding of company key industries, selling methodologies, products and sales processes. · Work closely with the Learning and Development organization to integrate professional development courses with specific sales related learning offerings; Value Selling, Account Planning (Target Account Selling) and other sales programs. |
