· Masters degree in training and development, human resources, organizational development, or related discipline or equivalent experience. |

Skills and Qualifications |
· Strong communication skills including verbal, written, presentation and active listening, and group facilitation. · Strong project management skills and demonstrated capability. · Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple training initiatives. · Knowledge of training and development practice and methods, including needs assessment and/or instructional design. · Skill and ability to create, facilitate and conduct instructor-led and/or virtual training. · Knowledge and ability to provide performance coaching and consulting. · Attention to detail and analytical skills. · Skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook software applications. |

Job Responsibilities |
· Responsible for the training and development activities and resources for the organization. · Establish and execute the overall training and development strategy for Teachers and Principals nationwide. · Conduct training and development needs analysis to determine training and development objectives and priorities for the organization. · Direct and manage the organizations training resources (outside vendors, e-learning, colleges and universities) for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. · Partner with Senior Leadership to establish and define core competency areas for the organization, develop and implement a Talent Management Program for the organization including Succession Planning and Leadership Development. Partner with department leadership to develop and establish competency models and career paths within the department. |
