Pre-screening, interviews and actual place of employment here at Focus: HOPE. These are full-time, permanent positions.

Eligibility Requirement:

  • CW/NE RESIDENT (VALID ID)
  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST (HAIR)
  • MUST BE FLEXIBLE
  • MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO FOCUS:HOPE
  • MUST HAVE PRIOR ASSEMBLY, WAREHOUSE, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TYPE EXPERIENCE
  • MUST HAVE H.S. DIPLOMA OR GED

Hints:

  • Assembly work for Tier-1 Supplier
  • Experience is required but not much
  • Marijuana can be detected in the hair for up to 18 months
  • This position generally works 10 hrs, 4 days a week HOWEVER employees MUST BE PREPARED to work excessive OT with little to no notice.
  • Position has high work ethic expectations such as NO cell phones, NO chewing gum, NO profanity. All such infractions will result in instant termination
