Emergency Managers have been given the power to cancel your right to elect your local leaders and answers to no one BUT the governor. Congressman Conyers is the ranking Democrat and former chair of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee. He is adamant that Governor Snyder's Emergency Manager law and its enforcement is in gross violation of the United States Constitution.
