Hello Dr. Arun Grover,
Few days back U had posted a mail regarding ur support to the agitation going on against increasing the reservation quota in higher studies.
I'm also very strongly support the anti- reservation cause.
The politicians here will never want us to superceed them. Opposite parties too have taken a course favouring the government although partially.
This all is going on to maintain the "Vote Bank".
So, why not hit the 'target'?
As U r in Delhi & U know the active site & participants of 'Anti- Reservation' Agitation I'll like U to convey foll. suggestions from me to the concerned people:
1st of all, Condemn the government (the Ruling party that too directly, not in Cold words). there's a lots of support. We can declare that if the government is going to differentiate us in studies, we will differentiate them in next elections. This need to be said in front of media so that it will act as an eye- opener & feed negativity against unfair govt. policies.
A countrywide poll should be carried out regarding people who r for & against the reservation.
I bet, only the literates will vote(Of Course: against). Politicians cant take help from illiterates in this regards as they have been doing in elections.
Only thing that the poll should be from authorised web site. Any channel will come forward for the same. Infact, let a seperate web site be formed & it be informed via the media to all. Finally, this poll to be floated thr' the media, presented in SC, to the President of India Respected Dr. Kalam.
Ruling party knows that if they try to be over smart & egoistic with these regards, they will suffer in coming elections (within a year & a half).
These steps r to be taken immediately as the SC has issued warning to stop the agitation.
Once we take back this agitation, media to will lose interest & wont take this all as a 'hot' topic later. "Cook ur food until the pan is Hot"- The policy of the politicians which we can use against them.
We too have suffered & are fighting a case (retrospective fees matter:- demand of final year unjustly HIKED fees of 80,000/- per student for merit seat students in the internship) against our college- Vasantdada Patil Dental College, Sangli, Maharashtra in Mumbai High Court (& since we were small in no. nobody noticed).
These politicians really need to be sacked. How can they go against majority of public & welfare of the students for there selfish, self centred causes??

There might be many more effective suggestions from other students & doctors. They also need to be implemented as & when possible.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
Thanks & Regards,
Dr. Pankaj Pagariya
Pune, India.
