Eastern Shore Counties need a "delay of demolition" ordinance to give
time for someone interested to step forward.

Eastern Shore Counties need meaningful fines imposed on those who
demolish without a permit.

Those houses that are demolished need to be fully documented before
they go.

We need to have a regional dialogue about our historic landscape and
the rural buildings that are in it, and are part of it.
