ANNOUNCEMENT - First Day of Chun Hui Chinese School

Dear Chun Hui School Parents,

Greetings!

The first day of school at Chun Hui Chinese School will be on Sep 10, this Saturday, at CACC center at 1313 Little Baltimore Rd, Hockessin, DE 19707.

In preparation of the first day of school, we’d like to bring to everyone's attention the following important information.

1.   Class Time

·         First session of Class begins at 1pm. Please prepare to come to school at least 10 minutes earlier for your students to find their classroom. You can review the NEW classroom floor plan in attachment.

·         Each class is 50 minutes; Class begins at whole hour, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm, respectively.

2.   Review your Online Registration for “Not Completed” Registration

·         Please review your online registration account information for any “Incomplete (NOT PAID)” registration; Students have not yet had their tuition paid in full will not be able to collect textbooks.  Texbook will be distributed according to student roster by teachers in classroom.

3.   Rules of Facility Use

·         In order to win the continued support of CACC and Montessori School, we need to strictly follow the rules of using the classroom facilities at CACC center. In particular, please pay close attention to the following items and pass them on to your children

                                          i.    No Food (including snacks) or Drink is allowed in classrooms, except for bottled water or by specific instruction of the teachers;

                                        ii.    Keep all items in classrooms in their original state; Parents are responsible for any damages items caused by your children;

                                       iii.    Do not Run or Talk loudly in  the hallways at all time; PTA members and school administrators will enforced the policy;

                                       iv.    When classes are in session, do not stay near the classroom entrance, or peep through the door.

                                        v.    Park your vehicle only in designated parking spots. Please do not park it at the  building entrance or fire lanes;

                                       vi.    No solicitation, commercial activities, or distribution of publications is allowed on the premise, unless explicitly approved by the school;

4.   School Information and New Registration for New Members.

·         Please come to the school office in the Library for any questions related the school operations and student registration.

5.   Parent On Duty

·         Shift 1 is required to sign in by 12:30pm and Shift 2 is required to signed in by 3:30pm.
