Hello everyone, we have a couple new members to our group so let's
welcome them!!!
Bullystar & Martin... welcome. :-)
Let's try and get the discussions more active. The group has been
pretty quiet.
New topic:
The most useful stuff from the martial arts world, as it applies to
violence survival / self-defense.
What do you think? What things ARE in fact good for self-defense in a
particular martial arts style?
Let's get it going, and keep it going. Christie and I barely have
time to do the actual show for you guys, so we depend on you guys to
keep DefenseChat alive.
