Transport reactions

hello folks,

We have Ian Paulsen here at SRI, so we have decided to take advantage
of this opportunity by attempting to merge iJR904 transport reactions
with EcoCyc.

We are working with the GPR_reactions.txt file sent by Adam Feist (and
slightly modified by Jeremy Zucker).

The Transport reactions are divided into several categories:

Extracellular<=>periplasm Transport reactions with genes: 33

Periplasm<=>cytoplasm Transport reactions with genes: 232

Extracellular<=>periplasm Transport reactions without genes: 240

Periplasm<=>cytoplasm Transport reactions without genes: 31

For a grand total of 536 transport reactions.

Ian and Ingrid have agreed to take a look at these.
