Hello all,

I'm reaching out in my capacity as DSNC secretary. 

Summary/TL;DR:

• Fill out this form for when you could attend a hybrid Copper Mill public meeting
• Fill out this form for when you could attend possible Copper Mill "office hours"
• Fill out this form to ask questions to DSNC, City officials, or Copper Mill

Copper Mill has indicated that they would like to host public meetings in the near future. We want to make sure that the maximum number of DSNC members can make it to any meeting that Copper Mill hosts. Can you fill out this When2Meet with your typical weekly availability for attending a hybrid public meeting? DSNC will share the results of this with Copper Mill and encourage them to host a meeting at a time when most DSNC members are available, as well as provide sufficient notice of any meetings. 

Additionally, we are encouraging Copper Mill to host "office hours," where individuals or small groups can meet with the Copper Mill staff to ask questions, provide suggestions, and have a dialogue. Copper Mill asked us what times typically work for DSNC members. If you are interested in this, can you fill out this additional When2Meet with your typical weekly availability for visiting the square and attending Copper Mill's "office hours." We will also share this information with Copper Mill when encouraging them to host the office hours.

Also, this is another reminder to fill out our form if you have questions for Copper Mill, DSNC's board, or the City of Somerville. We are working on compiling your questions and comments and getting answers from the relevant people. DSNC's board will meet again with Copper Mill this week, so please submit your questions for them as soon as you can!
