Here is what’s happening at the studio in December….

 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are a great gift idea which can be used for any dance class, fitness class, or party offered at the studio.

Cyber Monday Special:  Purchase a certificate for a 10 class dance card for only $80 (this is a $20 savings).  This special card must be purchased by Wednesday, November 30^th.

Holiday Parties

It’s not too late to schedule a festive holiday ballroom or girls’ night out party.  Bring your friends for a private group ballroom lesson and share some good cheer.  Get the girls together this holiday season to enjoy a fun girls’ night out party.  The corkscrew lounge is available for your party enjoyment.

 

Latin Thursdays

The on-going Latin group dance class is held every Thursday from 7:30 - 8:30pm.  There will be no class on December 29^th.  

A variety of Latin dances will be taught including Salsa, Merengue, Rumba, Bachatta and Cha-Cha.  All skill levels are welcome, no partner is required.   

 

Ballroom Fridays

The on-going Ballroom class is held every Friday from 7:00 – 8:00pm.  There will be no class on December 23^rd & 30^th.

This class is designed to help people master the basics of ballroom dance.  Each class will consist of working on two dances, one latin (cha cha, rumba, swing, salsa, bachatta, and merengue) and one smooth (waltz, fox trot, tango).  All skill levels are welcome, no partner is required.

A dance card with ten group dance lessons is available for $100.   (The dance card may be shared by a couple).  The drop-in rate for each class is $15 per person.

We are celebrating the 5^th Anniversary of our Pole Dance Fitness classes!!!   

Here’s your chance to experience a Pole Rookie Fitness class with other women that are new to this fun workout.

 

Meet our friendly instructors and students during the Pole Rookie Fitness Classes scheduled for November 29th, December 6^th and December 13^th

7:00 – 7:15pm           Meet our current students and see an inspiring demonstration of what you will learn during a life-changing pole dance fitness session.

7:15 – 8:30pm           Pole Rookie Fitness Class - experience the fun and exhilaration of pole fitness.

 

Anniversary Special:  Attend one Pole Rookie class for $15 or take all three classes for $35.  Please register early as the classes will fill up quickly!  Please call 419-654-3262. 

 

Beginning Pole Dance Fitness Classes

The next 7 week session is scheduled from January 4^th – February 18^th.  There are four beginning level classes offered each week.  You may attend up to 4 classes each week when you sign up for the unlimited session.  There are also options to attend one time per week. 

 

Specialty Fitness Classes

We offer the following Specialty Fitness Classes:

• TRX Suspension Training.  Suspension training builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.  This dynamic total body exercise appeals to both men and women of all fitness levels.  Class is held every Sunday from 10:00 – 11:00am.  Drop-in rate:  $10.  No class on 12/25 & 1/1.  

·         Yoga Classes with Sharon; Yoga increases your flexibility and core strength. Hatha & Vinyasa styles are taught in this class.  A new Beginner class is held every Monday from 7:30 – 9:00pm.  Drop-in rate:  $15.  This is a co-ed class.
