Pole Dance Fitness Classes - Sparkle on the Inside & Out!
Pole Dance Fitness is a great way to exercise for women of all ages and
levels of fitness. It combines the elegance of dance with a body toning
workout. Feel stronger, increase flexibility, build stamina, and gain
confidence.
The studio is very proud to have truly professional dance instructors with
many years of teaching and educational experience. Our goal is for you to
have a positive, safe and fun experience. Our students are of all ages and
experience levels. We are so excited about their accomplishments and the
camaraderie in every class.
Beginner Class Schedule:
* Mondays 6:00 - 7:15pm
* Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:45pm
* Thursdays 9:15 - 10:30am
* Saturdays 10:30 - 11:45am
Are you new to Pole Dance Fitness? Try a class!
* Single drop-in class - $20.
Sign up for the session after your group class and the $20 will go toward
the purchase of a session or a dance punch card.
Pole Class Options:
* One Month Unlimited Pole Dance Fitness Classes - $100. You may
attend up to 4 pole fitness classes each week.
Are you on a tight schedule? Pole Dance Fitness punch cards are available
for you to use as your schedule permits and they have no expiration date.

* Purchase a 10 class punch card for $150 (That's $15 per class or
$60 per month if you are attending one class per week).
Class size is limited and spaces fill up quickly! Register early to reserve
your space.
Aerial Fitness Classes - Grab your BFF and Come Fly with Us!
Aerial Silks & Hoop
The Aerial Silks class teaches the basics of aerial climbing, foot locks,
elegant poses, and more. This class is great for beginners, so don't worry
if you have limited upper body strength. For those with more upper body and
core strength, you will be introduced to advanced variations on the basic
poses and techniques that will challenge and inspire you. This a co-ed
class.
Aerial Class Schedule:
* Mondays 7:30 - 8:30pm Aerial Silks & Hoop
* Saturdays 12:15 - 1:15pm Aerial Silks & Hoop
Class Fee: $90 per 4 week session (one class per week). The fee is $125
per 4 week session to attend 2 classes per week. Drop-in classes are also
available for $25 per class.
Girls' Night Out Parties
Whether it's a special night with friends, a birthday or a bachelorette
celebration The Ultimate Girls Night Out Party at Paulette's Studio of Dance
will be filled with unforgettable fun and lasting memories for you and your
friends!
It's a great destination and a truly unique setting for your party. They
are a blast for all ages and fitness levels. During the party your group
will learn a Pole and a Chair dance routine. The routines are very sassy,
classy and fun! Aerial dance, Latin dancing and line dancing are also
available.

Friday Night Big Band Dance Party
Our very popular Friday night dance party is on September 18th. The evening
starts with a dance lesson at 7:00pm, followed by dancing to the swinging
sounds of The Night Session Big Band from 8:00-10:30pm. This is a hot live
band and they will keep you on the dance floor all night! Bring a beverage
of your choice and a snack if you wish. The band is followed by open
dancing for everyone until 11:00pm.

The cost is $15 per person.

Introductory Special for Ballroom & Latin Dance
* 3 Private Dance Lessons
* 1 Group Dance Class
* 1 Dance Party

The cost for the Introductory Special is $90. This is an incredible value
and a fantastic way to get dancing.

Tuesday Night Intermediate Ballroom Group Dance Class

* Intermediate Ballroom Group Dance Class; every Tuesday, from
7:00-8:00pm.
Friday Night Beginner Ballroom & Latin Group Dance Class
* Beginner Ballroom/Latin Group Dance Class; every Friday, from
7:00-8:00pm.
Thursday Night Intermediate Latin Group Dance Class
* Intermediate Latin Group Dance Class every Thursday from 7:00-8:00pm.
Thursday Night Argentine Tango Group Dance Class
* Learn the basics of Argentine Tango. Every Thursday from 8:00 -
9:00pm, immediately following the Latin Group Class.

Drop-in Group Class rate is $15 per person or purchase a Dance Card valid
for 10 Ballroom or Latin group classes for $110 (Dance card may be shared by
a couple). No partner is required for any of the group dance classes.
Singles and couples are welcome.
