Happy New Year to Everyone!

Working out and staying fit should be a fun and positive activity for you and your family.  We offer a variety of dance and fitness classes and parties for the whole family that are uniquely fun and a workout in disguise!  

I’m so happy to have such wonderful students that support each other in all of the various classes. I look to forward another year with all of you and welcoming new students to our friendly group.

Kids’ Dance Classes

We are now registering students for the weekly classes.  The dance classes for kids are intended to develop movement skills and to promote confidence and empowerment.  Dancing develops motor skills and builds vital self-esteem.  Dancing also provides a way for kids to channel their energy in a fun, productive way.  The classes are for girls and boys.

 

Schedule for Kids’ Classes:

  • Ages 3-6; every Tuesday, starting January 9th, from 5:00-5:45pm.
  • Ages 7-11; every Thursday, starting January 9th, from 5:00-6:00pm.   (Combination class which includes ½ hour lyrical and ½ hour hip-hop). 

Class Fee:  $55 per month (Class meets one time per week).  All fees are non-refundable. 

New Ballroom/Latin Group Dance Class – Every Tuesday

Join our instructor, Kent, for a Group Dance Class every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm, starting on January 7th Learn the foundations of Ballroom and Latin dancing.  Two dance styles will be taught in every class.  Singles and couples are welcome.  You do not need a partner. 

·         Drop-in Group Class rate is $15 per person or purchase a Dance Card valid for 10 Ballroom or Latin group classes for $110 (Dance card may be shared by a couple).

Aerial Fitness Classes -  It’s for Beginner’s and co-eds.  Grab your BFF and Come Fly with Us!

 

Aerial Silks & Hoop

The Aerial Silks class teaches the basics of aerial climbing, foot locks, elegant poses, and more.  This class is great for beginners, so don’t worry if you have limited upper body strength.  For those with more upper body and core strength, you will be introduced to advanced variations on the basic poses and techniques that will challenge and inspire you.  Express your creativity in the gentle embrace of the fabrics! This a co-ed class.

 

Aerial Yoga

The Aerial Yoga class focuses on movements for flexibility, mind body awareness, relaxation, and improved focus.  The yoga movements are performed in the silks which provides the benefits of yoga with a feeling of weightlessness and reduced pressure to the body.  This a co-ed class.

Aerial Class Schedule:

  • Mondays        7:30 – 8:30pm          Aerial Silks & Hoop
  • Wednesdays 5:00 – 6:00pm          Aerial Yoga
  • Saturdays      12:15 – 1:15pm        Aerial Silks & Hoop

Class Fee:  $90 per 4 week session (one class per week).  The fee is $125 per 4 week session to attend 2 classes per week.  Drop-in classes are also available for $25 per class.

Class size is limited and spaces fill up quickly! Register early to reserve your space.  All fees are non-refundable.

Pole Dance Fitness Classes – Sparkle on the Inside & Out!

Have fun with new friends in a comfortable and inviting setting! The chic and luxurious environment creates an oasis from the outside world of deadlines, worries, and drama. 

 

Pole Dance Fitness is a great way to exercise for women of all ages and levels of fitness. It combines the elegance of dance with a body toning workout. Feel stronger, increase flexibility, build stamina, and gain confidence.

 

The studio is very proud to have truly professional dance instructors with many years of teaching and educational experience.  Our goal is for you to have a positive, safe and fun experience. Our students are of all ages and experience levels.  We are so excited about their accomplishments and the camaraderie in every class.

 

Class Schedule:

  • Mondays        6:00 – 7:15pm
  • Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:45pm
  • Thursdays     9:15 – 10:30am
  • Saturdays      10:30 – 11:45am

Are you new to Pole Dance Fitness?  Try a class!  

·         Single drop-in class - $20.  

Sign up for the session after your class and the $20 will go toward the purchase of a session or a dance punch card.

 

Pole Class Options:

·         One Month Unlimited Pole Dance Fitness Classes - $100.  You may attend up to 4 pole fitness classes each week.  

 

Are you on a tight schedule?  Pole Dance Fitness punch cards are available for you to use as your schedule permits and they have no expiration date.   

·         Purchase a 10 class punch card for $150

Yoga with Sharon Kripke

Yoga is defined as the uniting of body, mind, and breath. Yoga induces peace and well- being on every level of our lives, physical, mental, and emotional. Yoga helps to enhance relaxation, comfort and enjoyment. Practicing yoga is more than an exercise. It is designed to give maximum flexibility and strength to the skeletal, muscular and nervous system while helping to calm the mind. 

 

Mondays from 5:30 – 7:00pm

·         Drop-in Group Class rate - $15 per person.   All Yoga classes are co-ed. For more information call Sharon at 419-345-3964.

 

New Cardio – Kick Group Fitness Class

We have a new Cardio – Kick class which starts on January 11th and will be held every Saturday at 9:00am.  Carrie will lead this exciting group class which is for all fitness levels and for women and men. 

·         Drop-in classes are $8.  Options for multiple class packages; 5 classes for $35 or 10 classes for $60.  Save an additional 10% if you purchase classes by January 10th.
