It was their anniversary, and Aisha was waiting for her husband Ahmed to show up. Things had changed since their marriage, the once cute couple couldn't-live-without-each-other had turned bitter over the course of time. Fighting over every little things, both didn't like the way things had changed. Aisha was waiting to see if Ahmed remembered it was their anniversary! Then the phone in the bedroom rang. Aisha went to pick it up and it was a man. "Hello ma'am I'm calling from the police station.
"Is this Mr Ahmed's number?"
"Yes it is!"
"I'm sorry ma'am; but there was an accident and a man died. We got this number from his wallet; we need you to come and identify his body."
Aisha's heart sank.!!! She was shocked! She lost her consciousness
How could this happen? !!!
Oh God, what has happened to me. How would I live my whole life. Ahmed has been so loving and caring although there has been little differences between us but overall he was the best !!! She rolled on the floor in pain. She lost her life Forever!
Suddenly Mr Ahmed stepped in the home and noticed her wife crying loudly.
Both immediately ran towards each other. Ahmed took her wife in his arms as she was crying terribly... After some time her senses restored and she told him about the phone from police station.
Mr Ahmed said: "Darling, I forgot to tell you my wallet got stolen today".

اِعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَا الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَا لَعِبٌ وَّ لَہۡوٌ وَّ زِیۡنَۃٌ وَّ تَفَاخُرٌۢ بَیۡنَکُمۡ وَ تَکَاثُرٌ فِی الۡاَمۡوَال...
اِعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَا الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَا لَعِبٌ وَّ لَہۡوٌ وَّ زِیۡنَۃٌ وَّ تَفَاخُرٌۢ بَیۡنَکُمۡ وَ تَکَاثُرٌ فِی الۡاَمۡوَالِ وَ الۡاَوۡلَادِ ؕ کَمَثَلِ غَیۡثٍ اَعۡجَبَ الۡکُفَّارَ نَبَاتُہٗ ثُمَّ یَہِیۡجُ فَتَرٰٮہُ مُصۡفَرًّا ثُمَّ یَکُوۡنُ حُطَامًا ؕ وَ فِی الۡاٰخِرَۃِ عَذَابٌ شَدِیۡدٌ ۙ وَّ مَغۡفِرَۃٌ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ وَ رِضۡوَانٌ ؕ وَ مَا الۡحَیٰوۃُ الدُّنۡیَاۤ اِلَّا مَتَاعُ الۡغُرُوۡرِ ﴿۲۰﴾
:ترجمہ
خوب سمجھ لو کہ اس دنیا والی زندگی کی حقیقت بس یہ ہے کہ وہ نام ہے کھیل کود کا، ظاہری سجاوٹ کا، تمہارے ایک دوسرے پر فخر جتانے کا، اور مال اور اولاد میں ایک دوسرے سے بڑھنے کی کوشش کرنے کا۔ (١٦) اس کی مثال ایسی ہے جیسے ایک بارش جس سے اگنے والی چیزیں کسانوں کو بہت اچھی لگتی ہیں، پھر وہ اپنا زور دکھاتی ہیں، پھر تم اس کو دیکھتے ہو کہ زرد پڑگئی ہے، پھر وہ چورا چورا ہوجاتی ہے۔ اور آخرت میں (ایک تو) سخت عذاب ہے، اور (دوسرے) اللہ کی طرف سے بخشش ہے، اور خوشنودی، او دنیا والی زندگی دھوکے کے سامان کے سوا کچھ بھی نہیں ہے۔
تفسیر:
یہاں اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان دلچسپیوں کا ذکر فرمایا ہے، جن سے انسان اپنی زندگی کے مختلف مرحلوں میں دل لگاتا ہے، بچپن میں ساری دلچسپی کھیل کود سے ہوتی ہے، اور جوانی کے دور میں زیب وزینت اور سجاوٹ کا شوق پیدا ہوتا ہے، اور اس زیب وزینت اور دنیا کے ساز و سامان میں ایک دوسرے کے سامنے اپنی برتری جتانے اور اس پر فخر کرنے کا ذوق ہوتا ہے، پھر بڑھاپے میں مال اور اولاد میں ایک دوسرے سے بڑھ جانے کو ہی انسان دلچسپی کا مرکز بنالیتا ہے، اور ہر مرحلے میں انسان جس چیز کو اپنی دلچسپی کی معراج سمجھتا ہے اگلے مرحلے میں وہ بےحقیقت معلوم ہونے لگتی ہے ؛ بلکہ بعض اوقات انسان اس پر ہنستا ہے کہ میں نے کس چیز کو اپنی زندگی کا حاصل سمجھا ہوا تھا، آخرت میں پہنچ کر انسان کو پتہ چلے گا کہ یہ ساری دلچسپیاں بےحقیقت تھیں اور اصل حاصل کرنے کی چیز تو یہ آخرت کی خوش حالی تھی۔
