Considering all the huge problems he has right now with the IRS and several of his homes are on the market because he is in so much trouble, I wouldn't think his accountant would allow such a purchase, would you?  Like, it isn't really a necessity.  I have read that he is very extravagant in the way he likes to live so I suppose this is something he would like to have for his "resting place."  LOL
