Introduction to Daily Bible Study

This Google Groups Daily Bible Study was begun 7/1/2005. It will not
carry the daily study lessons, but is intended to be a forum for
introduction to the Daily Bible Study online at www.dailybiblestudy.org

The online study has been in existence for several years.

Thank you for your interest in our Daily Bible Study. My name is John
Neely. I was born in 1951, and raised in SW Kansas. I graduated from
Kansas University (go Jayhawks) and moved to Oregon where I have lived
for nearly 25 years or so. I have been a Bible student since I was very
young and have kept meticulous notes from studies with many professors
and various instructors over the years. I began writing the Bible Study
everyday, primarily for my own family, and because there just weren't
any sources of good daily studies to be found anywhere.

When others became aware of my daily study, my notes were requested so
much so that I sought a better way of communicating them to any and all
who would be interested. Thus the internet option seemed to be the best
way of providing the study. Also, since there seems to be very few
sources of good 'daily' studies for folks, this provides people with
access to a daily study, which is not intrusive, and is conveniently
available online.

The studies are available in E-Book format and the entire daily study
program is transmitted through the Bible Study Library E-Book. The
Library E-Book is free and may be downloaded at

The study consists of daily lessons ranging from two to four pages in
length. So over the course of a typical year you can expect to receive
well over a thousand pages of study notes.
