> The City of New Haven has chosen to participate in Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE).  Qualifying energy projects receive 100% up-front, private capital financing, with fixed repayments becoming a voluntary assessment added to your property tax bill. This capital is secured by a lien on the property that automatically transfers to any new owner, not your personal credit. C-PACE financing is available at favorable rates because of the security of this lien.
