Admission: Free (suggested donation: $5) Join us in Fairmount Park for a spring celebration of Japanese arts and culture! Sakura Sunday is Philadlephia’s own o-hanami,¬ the Japanese tradition of revelry beneath the blossoming cherry trees. The centerpiece event of our Festival will feature live music, dance performances, martial arts demonstrations, tea ceremony presentations, origami and calligraphy workshops, shiatsu massage, Japanese food, and much more. Stop by Shofuso Japanese House and Garden for a tour of this magnificent historical treasure. Shuttles will transport visitors between Center City and the Horticulture Center.
