  Professor Don Brown, Associate Professor Environmental
  Ethics, Science, and Law, Penn State will speak.  He wrote
  "Ethical Problems with the US Response to Global Warming."
  He'll talk about our responsibility to reduce our greenhouse
  gas emissions and help other nations reduce theirs.

  Joe Minott of the Clean Air Council will explain why global
  warming is his organization's highest priority.  The US
  Environmental Protection Agency has essentially ignored
  A US Supreme Court order to regulate carbon dioxide as an
  air pollutant.  The new administration must act promptly.
