Mark your calendars for the 2nd week of June 2026 and 2027!

OR2026 online 8-11 June 2026
The 2026 Open Repositories conference will be held online 8-11 June, and registration will open in early April. We plan to charge a registration fee of $50 to attendees from “high income” countries as defined by the World Bank in order to support event platform costs. Registration for attendees from all other countries will be free.

OR2027 in Salvador, Brazil 6-10 June 2027
Open Repositories will be back in person in 2027, and the OR Steering Committee is absolutely thrilled to announce that the conference will be jointly hosted 6-10 June 2027 in Salvador, Brazil by Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA), Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT), Universidade Federal do Goiás (UFG), Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) and Rede Brasileira de Repositórios Digitais (RBRD).
