Dspace export

Running dspace 7 

entities are enabled and when i search for an author and try to export all of his titles I dont get a file.

The screen where the process starts is sucessful.

Status is completed.

When i click on process output I get nothing !

Tailing dspace log and catalina log i get nothing.

Any ideas ?

After migrating from 4 to 7 .... this is rather annoying !

Need to refresh and it pops up , unlike collection export which just works .... sorted
