I can't add items to specific communities

Best regards. I'm having the following issue:
I can't add items to these specific communities.

When I click “Add Item” and type in the name of the community to add it there, it doesn't show up.

Hello!

It looks like the list in your screenshot contains sub-communities ("Comunidades de esta comunidad").  However in DSpace, items can only be submitted to collections, whereas communities can contain either collections or sub-communities.  

So you'll need to create a collection wherever you want to submit items, and the collection should then appear in the "Add Item" menu.  See Community and Collection management for some additional details.
