Unable to delete item or bitstream DSpace 9.2 error 401, 404 in dspace.log attached

Hi DSpace Tech,

On DSpace 9.2 when trying to delete bitstream or delete item, I get exception occurred message, on this communication please see attached dspace.log file with error and screenshot of error. I have tried to change the authorization to anonymous and give all access needed to delete the bitstream but fail, this happen even for item that I just uploaded and having all access to edit and delete it.

Is there anything I should change, tomcat, solr, postgres also restarted
