Login Failure

Hi,

After I replaced IP address with domain name for my DSpace in local.cfg, config.prod.yml, I am getting "Invalid email address or password" when trying to login. Password is correct. Tried a couple of fixes but still no progress. Can anyone suggest a fix? A screenshot of local.cfg, config.prod.yml and Nginx sites-available/dspace would be great help(even with dummy values).

Hi Titus,

If you are still struggling with this error, I'd recommend following our Troubleshooting Guide to see if there's any underlying errors in your browser or backend logs that are visible.  It's important to find the errors behind that "Invalid email address or password" message in the user interface, as the underlying errors will provide clues as to why it's failing.

Since it sounds like you might have a newer installation, it's possible you'll find that you are hitting one of the errors in our "Common Installation Issues" (at the bottom of the installation guide).
