I need your assistance. I configured the user access and review workflow correctly, and DSpace had been working properly. However, over the last two days, an issue has occurred.
Users with the Editor and Approver roles are no longer able to access the workflow. When they open the Workflow Tasks page, DSpace keeps loading indefinitely, even though submitters have successfully submitted their items. The submitted items are not visible to the Editors or Approvers for review.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?
