Internal System Error

The system has experienced an internal error. Please try to do what you were doing again, and if the problem persists, please contact us so we can fix the problem. this problem have faced me when i am trying to upload file to the DSpace system.

"Contact us" means "contact the people who operate this system." They
have access to the service's log files, where the necessary
information is likely to be found.

If "the people who operate this system" is you, then you should look
in the log files for clues about the actual failure.
