MXF partitions

We have an MXF package to deliver to a broadcaster. We must deliver an XAVC UHD file with a maximum of 3 partitions (header/body/footer). We haven't come across this before. 

We have the file in Avid Media Composer. Does anyone know the best way to deliver the MXF please?
