The submission guidelines have been updatated to reflect the upcoming
changes in Dark Recesses' format.

Please take the time to read them over carefully before submitting.

Changes include publication formats, information required when
submitting and pay rates.

The cover artist for Issue 9 has been chosen. I will start considering
artists for Issue 10's cover in November.
