Hello DPC Community,

The DPC Team would like to inform all organizations that the weekly data updates typically provided by our API will be paused for approximately 2-4 weeks, starting on Monday, January 2, 2023.

Why is this happening?
DPC’s upstream data partner is completing a long-term effort to improve data sharing services and to resolve historical year-end data issues that have impacted users in the past.

What is the impact?
DPC users can expect the following:

  1. Our upstream data partner’s last updated data load will be processed this weekend (Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Sunday, January 1, 2023) and will be available to users on Monday, January 2, 2023.
  2.  After Monday, January 2, 2023, DPC will not receive updates for approximately 2-4 weeks.
  3. Once our upstream data partner has completed this effort and data updates are available again, DPC will provide the following updates:
    • Additional fields:
      • Claim Query Code to HHA and HOSPICE Claim Types
      • Carrier Claim Billing NPI Number
      • Coverage Start/End Dates for Parts A, B and D
    • Data updates:
      • Diagnostic Related Group (DRG) Code will expand from 3 characters to 4 characters

Next Steps?
We will provide weekly updates and keep you informed of any changes to the plan described above.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to email us or post a message in our DPC Google Group with any questions or concerns.

Thanks!
The DPC Team
