BSA Youth Protection Mission Statement

True youth protection can be achieved only through the focused commitment of everyone in Scouting. It is the mission of Youth Protection volunteers and professionals to work within the Boy Scouts of America to maintain a culture of Youth Protection awareness and safety at the national, regional, area, council, district, and unit levels.

UNITS THAT ARE 100% YPT COMPLIANT ARE ON THE RISE!

This month we are at 29 units!  Great job to new units that made it to the list:

We still have 20 more units that are almost there!  Just one or two more leaders renewing their YPT training and they will be 100% as well.  If your unit is on this list, please take this information back to your next Leader meeting to see what you can do as a unit to become 100% YPT compliant.  (* Indicates unit fell off the 100% list from last month). REMEMBER: Your unit must be 100% YPT compliant to recharter.
