Minutes of Meeting: CONFIDENTIAL

1. Free photography workshop to be conducted at ICC on Nov 2nd. Mumbai Hall booked. Shahir will prepare poster and we can start advertisement once it is ready. Instructors - Shahin/Salim/Shahir. COORDINATOR- Faisal

2. Photography competition to be announced once Hari Menon workshop is finalized. Prize shall be workshop tickets. 

3. Shahin will check and confirm dates for Hari Menon Workshop to be conducted in Jan 2nd week. Phayas will check for hotel rates for the workshop. 40 tickets to be sold. DK members to be given discount. 

4. Phayas to manage the DK FB Page for a month. Promote it on social media. 

5. Regular photowalks to be conducted by available members on Fridays. To be announced on FB group and DK Whatsapp

6. New moderated whatsapp group to be created for DK Members including new members. Photos can be reviewed there and also photowalks and other DK events can be announced.
