Tired Of Being Dizzy

Good Morning: I am new to any kind of on line discussion group so
everything will be new to me.
I have been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease for about 3 years. I
have only had about 3 or 4 bad attacks over the last 4 years.
Currently I had an attack about a month ago and things have not gotten
back to normal yet. In the past it has not taken this long to return
to some kind of normal life. I can't tell you how many dinner dates,
show dates,etc. I have had to cancel and/or crawl out of when I start
getting dizzy. I am so over it. I have become a hermit at home
almost. I am almost 62 and really can't look forward to 20 years more
of this. Other than the Meniere I am in good health. Any help anyone
can give with how they deal with this would be greatly appreciated.
